Registration is free. Just click the "Register", "Create An Account" or "Sign In" link on any page if you are not already a member. (You can also use the Log In tab at the top of this page) If you are a member of any other ClickNBuy site, you may use your existing login!
Your introductory email will contain your initial password and login information. You can keep and use the initial password or you can change it when you log in. If you choose to change it, you can use a word or a series of letters & numbers. The password is case sensitive and must contain at least 6 characters. They can be in upper and lower case or only upper case or only lower case.
You can change your password at any time after you log in by going to the My Account section of the left rail navigator. If you do not see the My Account section on the left side of the page, click on the Log In tab at the top of the page and re-enter your account information.
If you do not receive an email from us within a few minutes, you have either incorrectly entered your email address or your email box may be INACTIVE or OVERFILLED (If you use Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo or similar online provider CHECK YOUR EMAIL BOX to see if it's accepting mail). With AOL and certain other ISP's, it just may take a few moments.
If you forget your password, we cannot retrieve it for you, but a new one can be generated and emailed to you automatically. Once you receive the new password, you can either keep and use it or change it. If you are online already, simply click the I forgot my password link on the login page and follow the instructions. This will allow you to generate the new password automatically without a phone call. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact info@DispatchClassifieds.com.
PLEASE NOTE: This password retrieval system will not be able to pull any login information from our previous DispatchClassifieds.com system.
We're sorry but at this time an email address is necessary in order to purchase an ad online. You will need a valid email address in order to register for an account.
Your email address is used as a unique identifier that tells DispatchClassifieds.com who you are. Once you place your ad, either online or by calling The Columbus Dispatch, you cannot change your email address yourself. However, if your email address has changed or was entered incorrectly, contact info@DispatchClassifieds.com to have it corrected for you. You can change any other information about your account by visiting the My Account section on the left side of the page after logging in.
We are unable to transfer any login information from our DispatchClassifieds.com system.
